The Telescope Cot Bed & Novelty Company was founded in 1903, located in Pennsylvania and New York City.  The company grew steadily moving to Granville New York in 1921.  They developed numerous patio items including the World Famous Director chair, which was patented in 1953.  Later they adopted their current name, Telescope Casual Furniture Inc.  With over a century of quality furniture, Telescope is proud to say “made in the USA”.  A 15 year structural warranty is provided with the best customer service you could ask for.   

Homecrest has been manufacturing top quality patio furniture since 1953 in Wadena, Minnesota.  In 1956 they obtained a patent on their swivel rocker mechanism. Recently they have been passed over to new ownership and we are excited about what new ideas they will come out with.

Grosfillex, a long-established name in the casual furniture industry since 1969,

is now the newest furniture line in our showroom. Imitation granite and teak

wood resin table tops with aluminum table legs depict a high fashion furniture collection.  Adding to the value of the furniture, all the chairs are stackable or foldable making them easy to store. The Bali Sunlounger (shown below) won

the 2005 Design Excellence Awards. The premium resin, which is used to create the furniture, gives strength and durability while resisting stains and UV light.

Warranty

         If your Telescope powder coated frame fails structurally during normal usage within 15 years from the date of purchase, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame without charge, parts and labor included. (In the case of discontinued models or finishes, we will replace the item with the closest comparable current model.) The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking or blistering for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

          Not included in our "powder coat" warranty are table tops, umbrellas, terrace shells and market bases, wood furniture, cushions, slings and folding aluminum furniture. These products are warranted for one year to be free of manufacturing defects. Our steel market bases, if not properly maintained, will rust if the finish is scratched through to the metal. If this occurs, it must be touched up with an acrylic based paint.

         The wicker fiber featured in our Savona Wicker Collection is warranted by the fiber manufacturer for 3 years from the date of purchase.  The natural weathering of wood finishes, breakage of glass, fading, staining and mildewing of fabrics, slings and strapping or the compression of cushion fillings and the rusting of market bases are not covered under warranty.

         This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture that, in our opinion, was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, improper shipping or handling or by unreasonable or abusive use, and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.
